Big promises, dramatic music, countdown timers — and very little straight talk. We started Focus Genius Lab because we believe you deserve better than that. This is a review site that covers multiple programs in the brain-wellness audio space, side by side, so you can compare them calmly and decide for yourself — or decide that none of them are for you. That's a perfectly good outcome too.
Every review on this site follows the same process. First, we go through the vendor's own materials from start to finish — the full video presentation, the science references they cite, and the fine print on guarantees and pricing. Then we check those citations where we can: if a program mentions Nobel Prize-winning research or a published study, we look up what that research actually says, and we tell you plainly when a marketing claim stretches further than the science behind it. Finally, we read through user feedback — the enthusiastic reviews and the disappointed ones — and cross-check the claims against well-established neuroscience concepts like brainwave states and how the two hemispheres of the brain communicate. We're not a medical journal, and we never pretend to be. We're careful readers who do the homework most sales pages hope you'll skip.
Here's how this site keeps the lights on: some of the links on our pages are affiliate links.
